One of fifteen restaurants owned by JB’s Restaurants in five states (all the others known as JB’s Family Restaurant), Galaxy is a sincere attempt to replicate the experience of the golden age of classic diners on the legendary Route 66 before it was ‘historic’. Originally opened in 1952, its retro makeover came much later, in 1994, and it joined JB’s chain in 1996.

Closed August 2019.
