Notes:
The building was built on site in the 1800s in several stages. The left side (further from the road) served as the West Willington Post Office from the mid 1800s to 1960s, when Phelps Plaza was built. The right side (nearest the road) was built as a grain and feed store. This side changed into a country store, and later became Phelps Market (an equipment dealer) for a short time before becoming a restaurant. (Bob Shabot, Willington Historical Society)
