Part of a very small local chain of upscale pizzerias, this one in an authentic diner.
Former Uncle Will’s Diner on Rt. 20 in Shrewsbury, Mass. May have been in Springfield, Mass. earlier, also on Rt. 20.
Purchased 1993 by Daniel Noiseaux and rebuilt as Le Galaxie Diner in 1994, then changed to Pizzaiole in 2000.
