Arrival of diner attested 7 June 1933 in The North Adams Transcript. Exact location uncertain, described as, “the lower end of Main Street formerly occupied by the office of the Kent Coal company.” Chief owner was Walter Gigliotti. Lot was leased by his brother Victor. Changed management in late 1933 to Anthony Polis (previously of Wagoner’s Restaurant and Robie Diner in Turners Falls), named changed to Miss North Adams Diner.
