Original was a converted 1920s trolley, installed here at least as early as 1942, which was replaced in 1952 with this Silk City, which had previously been the original Laurel Diner. (Which was itself replaced with the equally rare 1951 Comac now serving as the Tastee Diner there, and had also replaced a converted trolley.) [Spencer Stewart.] State was later known as Bourbon House BBQ, and was later a used car dealership. Expanded and completely bricked in, but still had recognisable diner features until a renovation sometime after 2006.
Demolished early April 2019.
