Oldest surviving New Jersey unit of a once-large (67 units) chain founded in Tulsa in 1933. (q.v.), opened early 1950s. Includes lighted sputnik sign and spinning disc sign, and accompanied by mini-golf course. Apparently renovated c. 2004, and closed permanently by Oct. 2013 (based on StreetView images). Put up for auction 2014. Sputnik sign removed c. 2018. [RoadArch] As of May 2021, rumoured to be slated for demolition for development.
