Named for Olga Stavros, mother of the last owner John. Originally started near Adm. Wilson Blvd. in Camden in 1946, expanding here in 1959. Famed for its bakery, which made much-loved cream doughnuts, and in 1989 helped prepare a cake for Pres. George H.W. Bush’s inaugural ball. Closed since 2008, scheduled for demolition early 2018. The new property owner pledged to save the original signs.
