Originally Landrum’s Hamburger System No. 1, then Chili Cheez Cafe starting 1986 or so. Closed 2000 and later repurposed as a real estate office then an auto title loan firm, before reopening as Beefy’s in Nov. 2014 by Roy Brennan. Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
