Notes:

At 356 3th Avenue originally. It was at this address from 1936 to 1940. In 1941 there was an Arsenal Diner at 399 8th Avenue, which was probably this same diner. In 1954, the last year the Arsenal Diner was listed, it was listed as “lunch rooms”. This is intriqueing.  Quite possibly this diner moved to Menands and then just south of Watervliet. (Mike Engle)
