Redone in 1982 by Swingle (Ser. No. above). Originally Bayview Diner (Elizabeth, N.J.), later Dick’s Country Kitchen, Diner 45. Owner Jim Schlier shut it down in 2015 to make way for a planned Harley Davidson shop, initially offering it for $30,000 and then later free to anyone who could pay to move it. There were no takers, and the diner was demolished on site August 2017.
